Final Stand 2 Wiki

There are several types of enemies, each with its own attributes, in The Final Stand 2.

Basics

Enemies only spawn between 18:00 and 6:00 during nights. After 6:00, they will take damage, emit a coloured flame, and die at around 6:10. They will attempt to damage the shop, and also players if nearby. Additionally, all can deal melee damage, with some types having special abilities. Most enemies are variants of zombies, with the exception of the wraith (The Boss has a zombie face, while the wraith has none). When a player dies, their clothing and colours will be transferred to a suitable zombie, so survivors can have fun shooting their comrades.

Stats

Different types of enemies have different stats. No one is really sure how stats are calculated, so aspects that are known will be presented in lists below.

Details that apply to all stats:

  • The white Zombie is the "basic" variant.

Health

Although a formula for health has been attempted in the past, no one is sure how exactly it is calculated. However, we do know of the following:

  • Health increases as nights go by.
    • It is exponential after night 15. Whether it is before night 15 is unknown.
  • Non-Boss health starts at 0.88x and increases by 0.12x for every player on the server.
    • Ex. With 1 player, the multiplier is 1x. With 6 players, the multiplier is 1.6x.
  • The health of the Boss starts at 0.5x and increases by 0.5x for every player on the server.
    • Ex. With 1 player, the multiplier is 1x. With 6 players, the multiplier is 3.5x.
  • The type of the enemy affects its health.
    • Red zombies have more health.
    • Green zombies have more health than red zombies.
    • Blue zombies have less health.
    • The LongArms and ArmoredZombie have more health.
    • The "helmet zombie" may have more health. It certainly reduces headshot damage.
    • The Berserker may have more health.
  • Different types of enemies use different formulas for calculating health.
    • Ex. The Boomer has less health than the Zombie at least to night 10. After roughly night 30, the Boomer has more health.
  • The health of the white Zombie on night 1 is <207.

Damage

Damage exhibits the following attributes.

  • Melee damage appears to be done at a rate of roughly 10 Hz.
  • Melee damage does not appear to be related to enemy type,.
    • Red zombies may deal more damage. This is uncertain.
  • It generally increases as nights go by.
  • Melee DPS is not linear with enemy health.
  • Around Night 1, the melee DPS of the white Zombie appears to be roughly 20.
  • Boomer explosion damage is not linear with melee damage.
    • It starts near 30 on night 1, and is near 50 on night 10.
    • Additionally, it has no falloff. It terminates at the radius (roughly 16 studs).
  • The Berserker has a chainsaw. Testing is needed to determine its damage.

Speed

Speed exhibits the following attributes.

  • The white Zombie's health appears to be 0.95x that of the player, but increases by roughly 0.01x per night.
  • Speed stops increasing at night 20.
  • Speed is dependent on enemy type.
    • Blue zombies, the LongArms, and the Crawler are faster than other colours and types of zombies.
    • The Wraith and the Boss are even faster.

How Type affects Stats

  • Red zombies have more health. They may also do more damage.
  • Green zombies have more health than the red zombies.
  • Blue zombies have less health, but more speed.
  • The LongArm has more health. It may also have more speed.
  • The Crawler has less health, but more speed.
  • The Boomer has less health initially, but its health formula causes it to have more health than the Zombie past roughly night 30.
  • The ArmoredZombie has more health.
  • The "helmet zombie" has reduced headshot damage. It may also have more health.
  • The Wraith has more health and more speed than blue zombies or the Crawler.
  • The Berserker has more health. It may have more health than the green zombies. It has less health than the Boss.
  • The Boss has greatly increased health and more speed than blue zombies or the Crawler. Its speed is comparable to the wraith.

Enemies

The Zombie

It is the default zombie and enemy. Like all zombies, the Zombie comes in 4 skin colours. White has no special attributes, red has more health and possibly more damage, green has even more health, and blue has less health but more speed. The Zombie has roughly a 4 in 5 chance of spawning when a zombie is chosen, depending on the spawn rates of other zombies. Obviously, it appears from night 1 onward. it possesses no accessories, with merely a dark brown torso and light brown legs. Its head and arms are its skin colour.

The LongArms

The LongArms has more health and more speed. It has roughly a 1 in 25 chance of spawning when a zombie is chosen, a chance which does not change after it first starts spawning. It spawns starting from night 2. It can be identified by its white torso and legs, and by its arms, which are longer than typical.

The Crawler

The Crawler has less health, but more speed. It has roughly a 1 in 25 chance of spawning when a zombie is chosen, a chance which does not change after it first starts spawning. When it first spawns is unknown. However, it is present by night 5. It can be identified by its behavior of crawling on the ground.

The Boomer

The Boomer generally has less health, but can have more in the end-game. It also explodes when it dies. It has roughly a 1 in 25 chance of spawning when a zombie is chosen at night 5. It starts appearing from night 1, but is incredibly rare. It's spawn rate increases from night 1 - 5. It can be identified by a rounded green package (presumably explosives) on the front of its torso, and by its behaviour of exploding on death.

The ArmoredZombie

The ArmoredZombie has more health. It has roughly a 1 in 25 chance of spawning when a zombie is chosen, a chance which does not change after it first starts spawning. It spawns starting from night 5. It can be identified by its dark brown body armour on its torso, with an antenna on its left shoulder.

The "Helmet Zombie"

The real name of the "Helmet Zombie" is not known yet. The "Helmet Zombie" possibly has more health. Its helmet reduces headshot damage. It presumably has roughly a 1 in 25 chance of spawning when a zombie is chosen, a chance which does not change after it first starts spawning. This needs to be verified. It spawns starting from night 6. It possesses a helmet.

The Player

The Player zombie spawns only when a player dies, and also taking the avatar, too. When it spawns, it picks a random type of zombie. The types of zombies it can pick is the ArmoredZombie, Boomer, Crawler, and Zombie. It spawns with more health than usual. Though the zombie is the player's avatar, the player themselves cannot control the zombie.

The Wraith

The Wraith has more health and more speed. It has a 1 in 1 chance of spawning when a wraith is chosen (duh). The spawning times of wraiths are based more heavily on RNG than the main zombies. It spawns starting from night 11, and unlike all other enemies, spawns from the road tunnels as opposed to the forest tunnel. It can be identified by its black, translucent appearance. Players will not become a Wraith when they die.

The Berserker

The Berserker has much more health. It has roughly a 1 in 25 chance of spawning when a zombie is chosen, which presumably does not change after it starts spawning. It spawns starting from night 21. It can be identified by its chainsaw, which possibly deals damage. Verification is needed.

The Boss

The Boss has greatly increased health, more damage, and much more speed. It spawns once every 5 nights at midnight, starting from night 5. It can be identified as it usually is white, possesses a hat and special clothes, and has a white flame. Players will not become a Boss when they die.
